I love it so far, it's a crazy shopping experience, I've found some good deals. My First purchase was the wrong item but it was an easy fix, I have a refund coming. What I didn't appreciate was when I requested my refund for the wrong product, I was reprimanded because I had already had an issue with being charged shipping twice, so I guess there's limit on how many times I can request a refund. I get punished?? change this what not, it's not nice.
I've had awful experiences with sellers on this app. whatnot seems to not care that they take advantage of their customers. two examples, one where I purchased a card through auction. The card likely went cheaper than what it's worth. rather than accepting it, the seller booted me from their stream and my package never got delivered. secondly, I purchased a card that was a raw card. owner never shipped the card, 2-3 weeks go by and I find this same card listed on another site and had to cancel.
The items supposed to be brand new as the sellers stated, but I received used/returned items from WhatNot. I'm not so impressed with the merchandise. You get good deals if not too many buyers/bidders on that certain sale event. I never had any luck to get any items less than $5.00. Always someone else placed higher bids on top of me! Could be a fix! I can't return the items eventhough I'm not happy with them!
The app is great, it's easy to use and I think it's a great way to buy and sell. The only thing I hate about this is that on android if you want to switch between 2 accounts you need to log out and log in again to the other account, but on iPhone you don't need to do that and it's a real quick switch between accounts. I think that's crazy how you just don't bring the same features over to android as well. Great app otherwise. I would 100% put 5 stars if they added that feature for Android users.
