I love the game. but friday I purchased a pack of energy and gems. the restarted right afterwards and when I opened it back up the rewards were not there. so I ended up purchasing another different more expensive package since the help section said give it a few hours to apply. I waited a few hours and then emailed the email on the help page and sent my receipt. its now Monday and still no reply and I have emailed 2 times already. Will change to 5 stars if this is fixed. I should get extra now
I'd rate this game 5 stars if not for the ad issue. I'm enjoying this game, however, any time I watch an ad that automatically takes you to the play store (an ad that doesn't offer an X to get out) the game reloads & you don't get the reward for watching the ad. This happens over & over & over. It is insanely aggravating. Please, I beg you, FIX IT!
I really wanted to like this game! I lost 5 levels over night. Fetch shows I passed level 25 when I got the points. The next day I was at level 20. Everything else in the game stayed the same. I contacted support...no reply. I'm done. On another note, there is never enough room on the board to level up to complete the orders without deleting other items or spending mass amounts of diamonds to make extra room in storage. Part of the scheme, I guess. It was fun while it lasted for 3 days.
Ok I just want to start by saying that the story line on this is amazing and interesting, the issues I am having issues the size of the board itself, there is not enough room to play, I have to constantly delete a lot, and it gets very frustrating, I would not spend money on it though. I love that there are good extras and freebies, but there is just way to much for such a very small space. I just wanted to let you know, it would be a great game if not for the lack of space.
