LE: Minus 5 stars. Horrible experience. We have no power to unassign an order, or cancel one, or anything else. Pickup times and delivery times are so bad, we need to travel back in time to keep up with them. Nobody takes responsibility. The word "partner" should be used only when there is a partnership. You get banned for declining bad orders, you are always coming with money from home. There is no actual support when it comes to financial discrepancies. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!
Application is so extremely to the point that it affects functionality. It takes too long to load the order to the point order can't be accepted often. it takes too long to load the customer address, sometimes it disappears during a ride. I will change my rating when this issues will be solved, until then it is really difficult to work with applications.
The Android app has serious performance issues. Every day, 10–15 delivery requests appear but cannot be accepted because the app keeps loading or freezes. By the time it responds, the order is already assigned to another courier. This problem does not exist on iPhone, where requests can be accepted instantly. Many Android couriers are experiencing the same issue, causing us to lose at least 10 deliveries per day. Please fix this as soon as possible.
Very disappointed with the latest update. Since updating, I can't accept any delivery tasks. Every order shows "Couldn't accept task," while the older version works perfectly on the same account and network. It seems the latest app doesn't properly support my POCO C75 (Android 16/HyperOS 3.0). I've missed many delivery opportunities because of this. Please fix the compatibility issue as soon as possible.
