Cannot exclude some (expensive) networks for road planning, or limit price per kWh. So their road plans cost about 20% more than what I can find myself. Problem is that they earn a % of the cost if you use their card to pay, so they have an incentive for you to go to expensive recharging stations. You can use their card, and check station availability via the app, but don't plan your trip with their app.
Forced to update, then the new version forces me to change my password. That's fine, but it doesn't accept a new and secure password generated by the same password generator with the same options as for the old account. "Invalid characters", but it doesn't tell you which characters are valid so it's an endless guessing game! Uninstalling until they provide some updates to fix such issues. The previous app worked OK, hopefully the new one will as well.
If you have any other options, do NOT use this app. Abysmal UI & location search, re-registration, problems adding payment cards, guessing which characters on the password are deemed invalid... this one has all the problems. But the worst one is that it now requires a separate physical key to charge at least in the locations I frequent. My car is hooked, you have my payment details, why on earth would you need a keycard?! Back to the proverbial stone age. Avoid if possible.
The app itself is fine; I've been using it for a couple of years. All of a sudden, they lost a huge network of GoCharge chargers (the one in my building development). At first I was told they are under maintenance, but then it's contractual issues, "no guarantees it will come back". No information about it to end users. Zero support.
