The menu bar on the phone needs to be at the top of the screen. This is my only complaint but it's a major issue for ease of use. Why on earth is it at the bottom with NO OPTION TO CHANGE THE LOCATION? Seriously? 😒 If they added the setting to place the menu either at the top or the bottom of the screen, this would be, hands down the best note taking out. it can't be that difficult to be coded. Edit: no response for the team. No acknowledgement of the request.
All the features are great, and I would recommend this to all the students out there. However, when exporting to PDF, things aren't perfect. About 50% of the time, it is missing strokes or highlights lose their transparency. I've had some cases where it exports just a blank page. Please fix this because many other students like me can only submit things as a PDF. (I do have the premium as well, so that's not the problem)
I have purchased so, so many annotation apps, and this is by far my favorite. It flawlessly syncs between my phone and tablet without any lag. The only downside I see is that it isn't available for computers. I have another app that is available for all 3 devices (laptop, tablet, phone), but it takes so long to sync and then it creates random backups and I'm never sure which one to keep. Please, please, please make this available for use on laptops.
I was using the free version of this to take notes for things, and it says with he free you can have 10 notes, which I did. I was in the middle of writing something, and then the app kicked me out of the note and showed pop ups, forcing me to upgrade and spend money! Now I can't even go back into the note without the popup showing, and if I exit it, it just takes me back to the home screen, so it's literally not even letting me VIEW my notes, which I need to atleast look at!
