Have played this game for many years. Can be glitchy and frustrating at times. The new update on 6/24/26 has caused all workshops to freeze and can't get the rewards from the shipwreck or the coral reef. I have shut down, turned off, and restarted many times. No luck. Now Pet Villa and Fascinating Sea Creatures won't stay open. Everything else is working.????
New Phone won't load progress. I played this game for about 5yrs and have switched phones and would sync. This most recent phone change tells me I need the most updated version to sync but there are no updates. I've tried a few times and it has been a couple months. No one from support ever responds. I had my own club and way to far along to just start over. This is the only game that wouldn't load after the new phone and I'm pretty bummed and annoyed support will not respond.
I really like this game, but it's been glitching really bad and not adding things I've won to my account, including diamonds, expansion supplies, etc. Starting last week it is not adding the correct amount of feed towards earning the mythical creature. Twice now it has taken me down to zero, and one of those times I was 1 away from winning it. This has completely killed my motivation to play the game. I even sent an email to the developers regarding the first issue, but never got a reply.
I really love the game. However, since the latest update I can no longer access the game. I can no longer visit my Club member's islands. I followed the work around provided. It didn’t fix the issue. The last option was to uninstall and reinstall. Now it had me do the introduction and when I went to settings to connect to Google and Facebook I get a warning message 'Oops! In order to sync. your game to the Cloud, you need to download the latest game content.' Help needed!!!
