The 1 word that is the most annoying word in the entire world, they keep teaching in almost every lesson yet it is also the most usless word that many people never use...A few inaccuracies also, I think the voice comparison is off a bit too when speaking a sentence out loud it says I got 53 percent accuracy when I said it completely correctly & no go back button and they removed the course where you could bookmark your favorite words. uninstalling, the one word they know upsets me still use...
Free version doesn't seem to give anything but a basic duolingo and you can't do a test to start at your level - have to start form the very beginning, slowly going through things you already know. You also can't disable drawing characters.
Good content but app lack of features. No toggle for pinyin on and off, also for translation. Book pages very good content but also lack of gesture tap characters to show definition or translation. I have to use other app to force me remember characters such as Anki or Chinese Guru.
Much better than Duolingo and surprisingly not so far away from HelloChinese! I passed HSK1 course and I love it so far. Also I like the "Culture" read practice part, it's improving my pronunciation. If the Culture Course had simple controls like one tap play-pause, tap to go few seconds back, etc. it would be much more convenient.
