Woh woh woh! This is the worst (!) registration experience I have ever had for any service. I tried doing this in the app, on the website and calling the phone number. In total 7 times! Not only are the Web ID people very inconsistent in their security questions, they are hard to understand, have no idea about the challenges their (broken) software bring to the users, but are also extremely unprofessional and rude. Even hung up on me twice. How can I give you a high rating?
Cannot differentiate between a period . and a comma , This makes transferring money from a device set to English pure guesswork. Unprofessional.
Worst banking app ever! Money transfer doesn't work. Apo crashes all the time. Cant transfer for ibans - only to saved contacts (so you have to save a contact then try to send) Cant see history of your transactions for longer than a month. Cant copy and paste. Cant resend money or do a transaction once again. Everything u have to do from the beginning! I was happy with the Spanish app but now im tending to close my account
It kind of provides all functions but is pretty buggy. And it is really annoying that it always mentions that the session ended when I reopen it instead of asking for the login directly. At the moment it also crashes when I try to make a real time transfer to another bank.
