After contacting support, I am still having "unexpected error occurred" issues. The game will open to the levels map and then the error shows up and it shuts down. I have force stopped, cleared cache, etc. Nothing helps. I am at level 2040. I truly enjoy the game but haven't been able to play for over a month. This is very frustrating since nothing seems to fix the problem. I do NOT want to restart and lose my progress. Devs- PLEASE address this issue with a fix. I miss my game.
Has colorful cute graphics and sound effects but they should change the music from time to time but you can allways turn it off. The bees are cute but sometimes the Bee Quartet is hard to understand. Game play is seldom boring and usually challenging. Like most other games, in order to win some of the higher levels you have to spend money. I still give it a 5.
Fun game but has a couple issues I'd like to see fixed. The first is whenever you win a prize that includes unlimited lives you get them right now. I know they can fix this because Bee Brilliant lets you save them until later. I just don't remember if you get all your unlimited lives all at once or use them in the quality you got them. The second is unlocking a level just to move on, as in the original game, kinda like Candy Crush which I deleted. The difference is you can play your way through in 12 hrs instead of 3 days in the free version. Or you can spend your hard earned coins to move on. Otherwise an awesome game!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES ANSWER IN GAME EMAILS--THEY ROCK!!!! THE PARENT COMPANY IS FROM OUTSIDE THE USA WHICH MIGHT EXPLAIN WHY THEY ANSWER THEIR EMAIL. WAY TO GO!!!
ETA... and now it's freezing as soon as an ad ends. 2/20 Fun game, but the ads have gotten ridiculous. I understand everyone needs to make money, but a 30 second ad after nearly every level you win is overkill. Maybe offer boosters or coins for ad watching; I'd be more tempted to sit through them then, rather than exiting the game and reopening.
