I need to "easy return" my parcel and I cannot do that. I went to the notifications page and found there the needed info, but the easy return function doesn't open the appropriate page ((
Sometimes it just does not update the state of my orders. It looks like the app just froze, although I can navigate the app. At the same time the old app works fine.
set the application to English language. Just received push notification on Ukranian. when we can expect fixing this?
old app was betrer, better UX and more intuitive. new app overloaded UI very hard to find what I need. also new app set auto redirect to nearest postomat without my consent.
