Extremely frustrated. Starting a couple weeks ago, I can't upload any pictures at all. "Customer service" offers little help, and the chat kept crashing, so I can't even talk to anyone. When I do get a picture uploaded, it's sideways? Update: I have now discovered that I can attach a file, but only if I open the camera first. Overall, things running smoother. And thank you for added communication!
I have never been more frustrated with an app. I have never encountered so much "error occured" in any other app - this app is ridiculously frustrating. Im even having trouble logging in; it says :gateway timeout". Then I'm trying to checkout for 2 hours now, gateway err.The shipping fee is so high and they charge for auth fees. After getting a good offer - you realize you're not really getting a good deal. Lots of good items but the platform is unreliable so I'll stick with my other app.
I placed my very first order on 9/30. The seller has 7 days to ship or the order is cancelled. They literally waited until the 6th day (it's already the next day in Italy) to tell me that they don't want to ship because they don't want to pay commission and they tried to get me to rebuy the item from them on another website claiming that it's secure. I think the sellers need to be verified as well as the items because this was obviously a scam. Customer service was no help.
Extremely disappointed with this app and its sellers. Since downloading in April, I have placed 3 orders, 2 of which have been canceled by the sellers and one that has yet to ship and will likely be canceled seeing as the seller has one day left before the order is...canceled. I don't know how or if there is a way for the for the app to vet the items it's sellers are posting or the sellers themselves, but regardless, I will be uninstalling and sticking to TheRealReal, Ebay, Mercari, etc.
