Last year I messaged bank, called, filled-in feedback form asking to turn off built-in app sound. Finally you did that. What did I see after last update? Sound toggle in settings switched off, but every transaction I still get sound confirmation. It isn't app notification sound, it's the same built-in app sound, what was before versions. Why do you not test your product enough? So many bugs, so many useless features, so many ideas and suggestions you ignore. Why do you ignore your customers?
App missed tax payer ID in payment to treasury. Even if used hack as "for other" that allow to enter Tax payer ID. Fix payment after this is a headache 😡 Current version of the App has normal additional field for it. Will check it somewhen. Thanks for quick fix !
In the version 8.29.1 there is no way to specify a taxpayer code when pay taxes. You can fill it in in the form but it seems to be empty during the actual transferring money to the revenue service. Therefore they can't assign your payments to your tax account. This functionality is broken since the January. I have to ask bank to send me receipts of the payments and then transfer them to the revenue service manually to confirm that I paid the taxes.
The font size in the app is ridiculously small. As a poor sighted person I often find myself taking screenshots in order to navigate the app, so I suppose it's completely unaccessible for blind and/or old people. Tiny grey letters against white background and there's no option to change this in the settings. Again, this is so ridiculous it's almost disrespectful.
