finally broke my last straw with this app after using it for high school, college, and 2.5 years of law school. it's 100% unusable now for ANYTHING that i originally started using it for. half the time, the widget doesnt start the session. the other half, it'll look like it's keeping time until you go to end it HOURS LATER and it says it never recorded anything at all. worst of all, it no longer has the daily view where you can see when and how long you used the app. completely useless.
Very helpful focusing and getting work done. The ability to block apps until you're done with your session is so valuable. The free version has more than you could ever need (lots of free meditations and sounds), although I feel like I should support them for their great work. Normally I don't post reviews, but this app has helped me so much that I felt obligated to write something
It used to work really great, now every single time I use it for sleep it doesn't save any data, the calendar just says nothing, even if I've used it everyday that week. Nothing saves even though the sounds and alarm work and it wakes me up perfectly and I turn off the alarm. I've tried all the 'stability' options which seem to revert themselves everyday too.
Old: Exceptional app to help focus when studying New: 662 mb... Is that truly necessary? I understand it may have to be large for sounds to work offline, but it seems like using some compression techniques you could make this app much smaller. Also the app has become super bloated recently and hard to navigate for simple items. I wish there was a way to save data, sometimes it uses an incredible amount of data as well and I wish I could have insight into when/why that is and lower that.
