ENRICH YOUR VOCABULARY WITH WORD DEFINITIONS
Swipe your finger across any word on the board and get its dictionary definition. (Internet required)
MORE FEATURES:
• Do not waste your time searching whether the word you chose exists! As you place the word on the board, the game will display whether the word is or not valid and its score.
• Get tips for valid words being created in your rack as you are arranging your letters (You can enable or disable this feature at any time).
• Save your game and resume later.

Worth it. The only downfall is not being able to play online against friends but I enjoy the simplicity and the no bloat interface far more. I bought this on ios too when I had an iPhone. Hope it stays this way and doesn't ever go a subscription model with in game purchases and all that garbage. I'd absolutely buy more from this developer.
Well....you ask me for a review, so I gave 5 stars......until I started the game to play again, and of course you have updated and the whole format changed. I'm older, I hate it when the game looks different. I am referring to the board that was easily accessible to see 2 letter words, how many letters were left etc. Down graded to 2 stars and I am finding a new game. that's my review.
Great features, no problems. Other Scrabble apps caused problems on my tablet and contained awful, flashy ads, so this one was a relief. The ads in the free version were not intrusive (just a banner), but I chose to upgrade because I really like it. It offers different levels of computer opponents that are very good, and it lets you play with someone else in person. Online opponents would be nice, but I'm OK without. Definitely recommended!
Doesn't start configured to play classic Scrabble, but there is a board editor, and you can change the value and distribution of letters to match the original. It's easy information to obtain images of the classic Scrabble board and the letter distribution and point scores, it took just a couple of searches to get it set up the way I'm used to playing.
