Update: Customer support was extremely helpful and got back to me quickly. I really like this game, however, I just purchased the first secret scene for chapter 3, but it's no longer in my album. It was a confirmed purchase, but there no option in Support to help. Now I'm assuming if I want the scene I'll have to start the chapter over, and that's a lot a energy wasted so I'd like help soon. Aside from the purchase issue, it's a really nice story.
I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I can't even play it for 15 minutes. It requires "Energy" to play and you lose a lot of it quickly, then you'll need Energy Potions which you can get by watching ads or paying. What's the point? Didn't you create this game so that people can play it freely? Just when I start to enjoy the game, I run out of "Energy" and I have to wait till tomorrow to play it again. It is VERY unenjoyable. I wanted to leave a better review but the game is just not for me.
Ive been playing these games for about 4 years on many devices and never had problems, but for about a year, the game seems to be having problems for me bacause it doesnt do anything when i want to start the game. I cant go to settings, and ask for help because nothing can be pressed on! Please help! I've seen someone else in the reviews with the same problem as me, so i am not the only one with this issue. It works on my ipad, but not on my phone. I have a samsung galaxy s10 if that helps!
I think they have good stories but the problem is that not enough free energy is given. I understand you need to make money which is why I suggested having bundle packs that can be accessed. Before when you started a new story you use to give 30,000 engery for $9.99 and you removed that maybe bring it back or lower the prices so we get more energy for what we are paying. I been reading your stories for a long time when you only had 3-4 available. Please make some compromises I enjoy reading :)
