I want to like this game its pretty much everything I want..... Except its really bad. The Hornets quest OK. glitched which is a really early quest. Some of the dungeons take 2 people but the game seems pretty dead honestly or maybe I just haven't come across anyone yet. the game needs some serious tweaks to playability. This game is also very much a game that wants you to spend money and isnt shy about it. Honestly if a lot of things got fixed this would probably be ok.
The graphics are charming, but the game is oversimplified field mechanics, while the menus are overcomplicated, I've already burned half an hour going through the tutorials on how to use the menus. That's not REALLY fair, the menus actually look fine, but I'd rather learn as I go and get right into the game. Its like throwing way too much at the player right at the beginning. I swear, nobody knows how to make an RPG anymore.
It was fun, but then I died and couldn't do anything. You can also see how broken the English is. You would think they'd at least take the time to bring in someone that can do proper English. Might recommend creating a help icon telling players what to do on their first death. Died and nothing happened. Couldn't move, menus didn't give a respawn option, and attempting to change to a different room simply said "Unable to move because you are dead.".
The writing and translation are poor. The difficulty curve goes from extremely easy to nearly unplayable. Intrusive cash shop ads. The game is no longer maintained by the developers, clan creation is left unusable and bugged. Hitboxes on enemies and projectiles are much larger than their sprites. After 31 hours, I wish I could recommend this game. It has charm and fun aspects, but I refuse to deal with the issues any longer or pay for better gear to continue. Dying game, uninstalled.
