I have personally used this app and even released a few games on it. But, it has a bit of annoying bugs, and the filter is sometimes incredibly bad. I can't even write "escort" or "shenanigans" without it getting replaced with Foo. About the bug(s): You can't code on certain objects. Like, you literally can't drag the blocks there . I probably would change my review to 5 stars if the bugs and filter was fixed. (and please add head accessories)
I have played this game a lot. I can confirm that it is really fun and it does help other kid coders learn. Although this gane is really fun, there is some stuff keeping it away from 5 stars. Glitches. There is a lot of glitches in Splash Clash. One of them is that sometimes when you do a world match, the stage won't appear and you have to leave and look for another match. Another thing is that sometimes when both players are ready, the moves aren't correct and you get locked from coding
Update: after several days, I was contacted and the bug was fixed. My child loves the app. It's educational, challenging, and fun. So I decided to purchase a year subscription. Well, I've been charged, but their app will not process the code I bought off of their website. I emailed them multiple times, different days for a week. I still can't get in and I paid for it! Very poor customer and IT service. I recommend the free trail and nothing else.
(This review was made by a 9 year old kid) This app really let's me express my creativity. There is a lot to do! My favorite game is Splash Clash, I like this because it is compatible with multiplayer. But I wish there was a bit more, like song IDs so it would be easier to put songs into my shows/movies. I used to play Crocodile Catch a lot but now I can't pass level 45 because the time limit is only a minute.
