I was playing this game pretty regularly and leveling up. Now I have no access, and the game wants me to start over. All progress gone. It says there is no hero on this device even though I was well past level 30. It doesn't recognize my email as a login, and there is no way to look up my user ID. What a collosal waste of time and effort. It's so disappointing because the game is actually fun. I would use caution or just avoid altogether.
Somehow my account went Missing after almost 6 months straight of logging in and playing at least three times a day. It say no account found on device? I didn't, change update, or reset my device so I don't understand what is going on? I sent an email to support so I hope they can find out what is going on. I joined through my Wombat Wallet Premium account & never had a problem until today.
Have been playing this game for several months (character level 280) and enjoying it. But now I bought a Pixel 6 Pro and the game is graphically a mess. Lots of glitches. Support says to update my device, but that's already been done. I would say be careful spending a lot of time and/or money playing this game because if you ever update to a new device, you might lose it all either due to not being able to use Facebook to retrieve your character or it may just end up unplayable.
Played for months bought the play pass to boost my points. Now after playing for those months. My account has suddenly been deleted and they claim they can't find my character anymore. I submitted a ticket which includes my character name the server the characters on and my email address. They send me back a response asking me for those three things again. This is just ridiculous obviously they don't know how to run their game I would not recommend you spending a single dime on this game.
