It is functional. At least it isn't a Google product. It is annoying because I have gotten in the habit of turning off WiFi every time I open it in order to avoid ads. Perhaps if there were an open source non profit project like this without ads I would rate it five stars and put a bit of money toward it. As for now, I am using it, but I am keeping my eyes open for a better option. I also forgot to mention the obnoxious constant reminders to leave a five star review. At least I left a review.
Too many glitches. Too many ads. Only good things are it's viewing & editing of pictures, and the way the album looks. If this is related to the $3 one that used to be free, then .99¢ the problem with that one is there is no login for when You have to change phones therefore You're FORCED to buy it again for each phone. That's a HUGE NEGATIVE!
Too many ads. [Edit] New rating minus 2 stars. Minus 1 star because many of the ads are obnoxious; they won't let you leave until you sit through an ad for somthing you have no interest in and even then some of them try to hide the exit button. Yes, I hold the owners of this app responsible for the ads they allow on their platform. Minus 2 stars for constantly asking me to rate the app. This even more negative review would not have happend otherwise.
It displays files, but will ask you what app you want to use to open files when you select them. It can open them, it's just annoying to be asked which app to chose while using the app I chose to open. Videos don't have the double-tap-to-fast-forward feature which should be a standard for all media players. Works though.
