Great game but I can't make any progress because IT LAGS WHENEVER ANOTHER ENEMY COMES ON SCREEN!!! I played this game 1 year ago, got all medals on all 4 difficulties for every level except the bonus one & level 8 (level 8 had all medals for first 3 difficulties, and all but "untouched" on 4th difficulty), no medals on the bonus level (b/c i never got to try it), all cards, all upgrades, and it NEVER LAGGED!!! And by the way, I LOST ALL THAT PROGRESS BECAUSE THE GAME NEVER LOGGED ME INTO GOOGLE PLAY, IT JUST GAVE ME A BLACK SCREEN!! This has been fixed but so what? I STILL HAD TO START OVER AND STILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS STUPID NEW LAG!!! Edit: The above remains more or less true, but I reduced the rating by one star because the game was updated a while back, and now cards no longer drop. EVER. If you go online and look up how to get cards in this game, it tells you to play levels on insane or nightmare difficulty, and they sometimes drop when you blow up boxes, just like power-ups. But this is no longer true. It also tells you that the BEST way to get cards is to play level 6 on insane difficulty over and over. I played that level on tht difficulty over 100 times and have not gotten a single card. I have played other levels on insane/nightmare difficulty far MORE times, and no cards from them either. I had gotten 5 cards in quck succession prior to the update. Now I can't get so much as a single card after playing for months.
About the Chromecast version. It seems that something is wrong with current upgrade system. For example, I spend a lot of points and upgrade the Health to maximum, only to find it back to the initial status later. Same with the Missiles category. It looks as the Level 3 is maximum permanent in the Hangar. All subsequent upgrades are temporary and are not saved. Update - after attempt to upgrade Missiles, the game became bugged and hardly playable. Low fps, etc. Reinstall didn't help.
I have paid for the game. My son is playing, me too from time to time. We had all upgrades at max and after some update (I presume) there were new options for upgrades and so I bought upgrades for 5000 each (for wings or missiles) soon after my invested money/ upgrades are no longer saved - they are missing as they were never made. It's disappointing you invest/upgrade and then nothin. After exit/entering the game again you are missing the money and the upgrades. Why! Fix this issue please!!!
honestly? its hell fun! but its pretty hard to play with a tv remote since you cant control your speed and controller is a little easier but i fear of keep ramming into bullets and i put this on 4 stars because its fun but also hard at the same time and i think if you remove the 10/10 limit thing where it can reach like an hour that will be amazing!
