I've been playing this game since pretty early in the Beta and spent a little money on a couple occasions. For most of the time I've found it alot of fun and enjoyed the player vs player setup and the quick match making. Unfortunately balance is ruining the game. It's not unusual for multiple players to get quickly trounced by someone much higher level or with a pay to win character. A combination of the two actively ruins the game. Very disappointed in where the game is going.
it's a very basic strategy game. but like a lot of games these days it has cards! and although you could learn the game through increased difficulties instead it has upgrades and all sorts of nonsense it throws out you right at the beginning. it's so badly structured. it's such a basic strategy game and they want to pretend there's so much going on. it ruins it. where you're just running around for the first three or four games doing what it says without being able to engage.
Only download this game if you're willing to PAY for constant upgrades. If not, be prepared to lose 80% of your matchups with players that PAY. Since you can't play campaign mode unless you PAY for it, there is no way to enjoy this game without PAYING. Other than that, it was actually a cool game. I would have gladly paid one time to play this game. The whole in-game purchase concept has sucked the soul out of online gaming.
COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!! ONCE YOU HIT FIGHTER LEVEL III, YOU EITHER PAY TO PLAY, OR LOSE!!! Its one thing to pay the $5 or $10 here and there to get extra rewards BUT!!!!! If you want to be at all competitive, once you advance to fighter level III.....the PAY OR LOSE price jumps to $79.99!!!!! May as well delete the game once you get here!!!! I refuse to pay that kind of money to play a game that has so many charges throughout!!!!
