Things have been limping along since the big update where a lot of people left. This game has great bones. What it needs is additional, purely fun gameplay features to keep players interested, and less pay-to-win features. This game has always felt like as much of a job as an escape. I'd be happy to buy a one-time-purchase Pro version, but I'm never goong to spend endless dollars in-game to have an edge.
If you like a game with so many bugs its unplayable well this game is for you!!!! Game steals resources, ships and credits. All while crashing multiple times during big battles. Oh and make sure you track the exact time these things happen and you "might" get some of it back. Or you'll probably get a "we're sorry we'll try not to let that happen again" message.
Very buggy game. When you send a support ticket they give you the run around unless you are someone that has spent alot of money. I had recently sent in a ticket about ships that were in the bunker (they are supposed to be safe in there) being killed when my planet was attacked. It's been about 3 weeks since and they have not replied to the ticket. The game also constantly open the cash shop randomly. The was a 'new feature' they added. Look elsewhere this game doesn't deserve a download.
The game glitches, sometimes quite a bit. Second, when game glitches and removes what you had set in place (protective shield) and players attacked and wiped out EVERYTHING you have built up. I reported this to support and they have done nothing to correct the problem. Third, it has been my experience that they will not stand behind their game to make things right. So, I hold no hope or expectations that they will correct their issues. It cost me dearly for their screw up. I rate it -5 stars.
