Good app! However, not many tools for personal finance management. For example, would've been nice being able to add comments/tags to transactions, to make it easier to remember what exactly have I purchased. I understand it's not something super important for a bank app, but it's something I've really enjoyed while using Rocketbank app in the past, and only realised how much I liked it after I switched to Raifeissen. :P Also, maybe add some home screen widgets? Such as currency exchange rates.
I have been a client for a long time and through the years Raiffeisen never disappointed me. If I were to give a one-word description of this bank, I would say security. Also, I absolutely love how responsive and helpful the customer service is. The app is a direct reflection of the bank itself - stable, convenient, up to date with the new technological advancements, clean and manages to provide everything you need without overloading on impractical features.
The application has a functioning English GUI and the technical support is very helpful. On the other hand, the app does not allow to take screenshots, opening an account is possible only during work hours, transfering funds between accounts in GBP is supported only in the web version (but not in the application), some transfers are blocked arbitrary without giving the reason.
Makes you create a 4 digit code, and there is no option to use a real password instead! Very irritating and dangerous! Not a secure app! I've been using this app for years and everything was fine until this month, when the interface changed and became tasteless. The security issue is the last straw! Deleted it.
