I've been using this keyboard for years and will use it for many more to come. I have severe photosensitivity and anything on my screen that's bright white hurts my eyes, it's made finding a useable keyboard that doesn't hurt me a challenge. This one is so highly customizable that my keyboards don't have a hint of white in them. I do recommend checking your settings so your info isn't being collected and sold..but that's with most apps.
I really like the keyboard, it's very customizable but it still needs a bit of work. My main thing i can't get past (and i use a lot) is that the keyboards swipe cursor is very hit-or-miss, it seems to measure distance traveled after a set time (unlike the backspace key which i can just fling, it's even faster than Gboard for example) so i have to move my finger very slowly otherwise nothing happens, but not too slowly or to the left otherwise the unmovable mic acess opens.
I'm not going to change the star rating but. update to my original. the speech engine is very wonky. and I do not like that. cannot speak the punctuation. period. very customizable though. and a lot of features so worth the 5 stars, but I don't think it's for me. if it just had kind of a way to add punctuation with your speech. and not either manually. automatically in the settings. that's kind of odd, I think it's like an oversight. I tried it both ways. either doesn't add any. and you can't sp
Very nice keyboard! Use Swiftkey but the smaller screen on the fold and too many keys I don't need and cannot remove made typing harder. My only complaint with Yandex, as others have said, is the voice not adding punctuation. If I say "This is my sentence period" I want the voice to add the ".", not add the word "period". Same for commas, ! ?, etc. Swiftkey does this well, and it is a must have. The 'enter punctuation in speech' is of no value, just drop in the right punctuation mark.
