App is built around WebView, internal navigation is laggy, much slower than Waze. Destination addresses are incomplete often omitting entrance numbers set by passenger, wallet calculations might be inaccurate or wrong, require high attention to every transaction to prevent money loss. Trips for cash are possible for pasenger even if cash remains disabled in drivers profile. Security team is more likely generic. Url rewrites, DoS attacks and parralel authentication are not mitigated.
Selected interview time slot (18:15–18:30), but no call came during the scheduled window. Only after I contacted support did they respond, and the call came around 19:00 when I was no longer available. This happened more than once. Poor coordination and unreliable scheduling.
The program is not so bad. But it also has some shortcomings. When the client tries to find a courier and rejects the request. In this case, the program lowers the priority of the courier. This is a real concern, it happened to me too, and Yandex support did not solve it either.
This application provides almost no opportunities for users. The orders are extremely underpriced. Working in the taxi service through this app is not profitable; instead, it causes significant financial loss. It drastically reduces taxi fares."
