About This App
tawk.to is a free live chat app that lets you monitor and chat with visitors on your website or from a free customizable page.
You can have unlimited agents and add them to unlimited sites so they could communicate with your visitors without any limitations.
Your chat history is kept forever until you delete it.
You can customize widget appearance (position, color, icon), content of widget headers, texts and forms.
Also you can:

Ok app. It's free, so you can't expect perfection, but it's fairly stable. It is really annoying, though, that the app constantly prompts me to enable visitor notifications. Every single time I open the app.... No, I don't want my phone buzzing a thousand times/day. Please turn this off. Response to author: The prompt won't allow me to use the app now without turning on notifications for visitors. This is absurd.
Sometimes it works for weeks straight. Then for some reason, my app gets disconnected, or signed out or something, and I don't know it. Of course I'm being charged for the service, but my customers can't reach me. Sometimes I don't notice that has happened for days.. maybe a week. 11/20/20 edited to 3 stars. All i have to do to fix the issue is log out and back in every day. Not ideal, but it works.
I love Tawk.to. I can chat with my website visitors right from my mobile device (or PC!) I get a notification anywhere I'm at if there is a chatter on my website and don't have to be sitting at my computer. The app is useful because it has almost everything you need to control the service, including setting yourself awayy. The tawk.to service is pretty good, but can be confusing with account setup and permissions but once you get the hang of that it's worth it.
After 2 days it's working ok now with bell tone. would be better if you guys can email or text us if there's an issue with app to avoid confusion? After logging in a query for a call next day the problem got sorted just before the call n again prob repeats after few hours like i stopped getting sound tone n also notifications in my android mobile ? It's become a routine from few days to check voluntarily for messages n repeat t procedure of uninstalling & reinstalling app every few hours 🤦😡
