• Subscription lengths vary from Monthly to Yearly.
• The price of the subscription might differ depending on the plan you choose and the region you are in.
• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at the time of purchase.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings and turn off auto renewal through your App Store account settings.
• Any unused amount of a free trial period, when offered, will be forfeited at the point when a user purchases a subscription, where applicable.
• Accounts will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

my son absolutely LOVES numberblocks! I wanted to buy the subscription for him. but it is absolutely impossible! I tried on his tablet. online. can't find a way to do it. He is on the spectrum and gets frustrated when he can't go past number 3. I don't want to delete the app, but there's not much to do.onve you have reached the limit of the free part.
DO NOT BUY!! Not worth the money. Paid for the yearly subscription & within two months its continuously crashing, freezing at certain points, reset my child's progress after all the numberblocks were achieved & wont save the new progress as we rerun through the game. It breaks their joy of playing the game. They have two other games in the universe they could've combined together instead of trying to make you pay $15 for each. it is a waste of money time. I want a refund for the remainder!!
We absolutely loved this app and would have given it 5 stars. However, after the latest update, all my son's progress was deleted. Then, when we try to just play again from the beginning, it keeps freezing and crashing on the first game, so now we can't play at all. We paid for the year-long subscription, and we were only able to use it for a less than a month before this happened, so that ended up just being a waste of money.
need your help, blue zoo! using family link, I cannot purchase a subscription for my child's tablet, even after disabling restrictions for purchases. Any idea how to work through this? It is a huge hit with my child and a great way to learn math basics, including multiplication and division, and squares, along with other concepts. worth the money to us, but I can't figure out how to make the subscription work. thank you!
