Not the best, all you guys having issues logging in and getting no help, I found the solution. Go into the app settings and clear the cache and memory then reopen the app, it works. I'd score it higher but they info to solve these problems is non existent. They also tell you to fill out a co-vid questionnaire but no information on where to find it. Very frustrating.
This app is REALLY GOOD. IDK if I am speaking for myself or many people. But for some who 💛 cricket it's a must have. And But a good point I need to make is there is NO ADs. So I highly recommend it
Can't log in on app What a shambles. You go to log in via the icon and it takes you to the Web browser to log in, where you can't view your tickets. And if you try the login rectangle button on the app it doesn't do anything, so I can't see my tickets. What a surprise, there's no help contact either and when you eventually find the link for the help centre-the link doesn't load!
Installed this for the sole purpose of getting to my tickets for the game Monday, because I was told it was 'the only way' to do so. It won't let me log in, it just throws a generic error when I try. Have tried reinstalling, force stopping and clearing cache. Error persists. Since I've already paid for the tickets I guess we'll show up at the stadium anyway and hope for the best, but setting off wondering if they'll even admit us doesn't fill me with confidence..!
