So far so good. Only started a few days ago. But so far I've dropped 5 pounds and feel more self disciplined. I feel like this is easy to follow and I did go pro so hopefully it's worth the extra 30 bucks at least it's for a whole year. I have failed with other "diets" and this makes me actually look forward to my fasts and work outs or daily/weekly plans.
Okay app if all you want is a timer. It only lets you add two hour increments to keep fasting, but won't let you change it to PM if you go over noon. Also, in free, there is no weight or measurements record option. I deleted and went for the Zero Calories fasting app as it has all that this one is missing including Water drinking.
I honestly do not know the difference between paid and free. It's just a tracker with no meal plan and a customized plan according to your body. The workout is like... you could have just download the free workout app cuz it's just some videos for you to choose, not really cater to your body. You gotta decide on your own which one could have been effective for you so like what's the point? If I pay 43 bucks just to get another tracker they are tonnes of free fasting tracker out there. FAILED.
Don't waste your money on this. Paid for 12 months but the app is very basic and a big disappointment. There is why this app doesnt offer trial period. Core exercises can be found in youtube which is free. Tracking of calories is difficult. The other app (free) which I'm using allows direct scanning barcode to input calories. The fasting is nonsense. The recipes are boring and difficult to prepare.
