Had to downgrade from a 5 to 4. Its a good game and off to a good start. But It lacks some of the basic features of other idle games. It kind of makes me feel like it's a cash grab as there doesn't seem any changes to keep longer term players yet. Instead lots of recycled events and smashing together servers that make the events even harder to rank in and get rewards. I hope I am wrong, but I will update in another few months. 10 dollar ad free is the best investment.
It's fine. You don't need to watch any ads but if you do it's plagued by the usual problems of some being infinite. That's ad sense for you, not the app makers fault. There's always something growing but there's gaps of character growth. Level 20 character is a long runner, but settlement growth is constant. Expeditions are kinda strange. UI is also a nightmare of menus growing and wrapping the screen and alerts within alerts and some that I can't find after weeks of playing.
it's alright for the first few days, but don't take my word for it yet. I spent a decent chunk, and haven't hit a wall quite yet. other than being a run-of-the-mill idle gacha, the game feels smooth and satisfying in both pull income and combat. this might change in the future, though. EDIT: EXTREMELY predatory marketing. if you're confident you can withhold your spending, go ahead, but be prepared to be behind just about everyone else in terms of progress.
I love the game and am already addicted, I just wish there were a few things. Example I wish there was a thing for the more you refine a piece of equipment or a hero that it makes it more likely for it to get a red or orange(highest grades for stats that I know of) stat increase on it. I can't list everything as there's a limit on how much can be put in a review, but overall I'm excited for the future! I just pray you won't end up being a super greedy dev team because that kills many games.
