Presume de no cobrar comisiones, pero en realidad las tiene ocultas dentro de los spreads, que son los márgenes entre el precio de compra y venta, y que son notablemente más altos que la competencia. Además, cobra $5 por cada retiro, no permite reabrir posiciones inmediatamente después de cerrarlas, el stop loss está restringido y no puedes colocarlo libremente donde quieras, las herramientas de análisis son básicas y poco profesionales, y cuando una acción sube demasiado la bloquean.
Es cuánto menos raro. Hace años, las funciones de la aplicación y de la versión web (pese a ser diferentes) tenían su utilizadad analítica. Poco a poco, han ido reduciendo herramientas o su alcance y... Ahora, no solo con cobrar la mordida que ya cobran siempre en las posiciones de compra o venta y la diferencia de valores respecto a la bolsa original, nos salen con que, por ejemplo en España, todas las operaciones tienen comisión minima de 1€. Surrealista lo vuestro.
Van a peor. La última actualización hace la interfaz del portfolio muy antiintuitiva. Antes se veía todo a simple vista y ahora hay que indagar para buscar la fecha de adquisición de posiciones, los beneficios y otros datos de interés simples y sencillos. Ahora no lo es. Junto a otras restricciones que han ido añadiendo y otros problemas que están dando otros usuarios, tras un año de uso... no lo recomendaría.
Intentaré explicar muy directamente y al grano... ¡Ojo! ¡Cuidado! Las "operaciones" SIEMPRE en eToro son órdenes de posición larga, únicamiente se puede COMPRAR el activo. ¡JAMÁS podrás obtener beneficios con ésta aplicación! Porque alternar entre posición larga (compra) ó posición corta (venta) es básico en trading. Espero que se entienda algo tan fundamental, elemental y simple para que nadie caiga en la trampa de añadir fondos. ¡Saludos!
