Alaska, District of Columbia, Idaho, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, North Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming residents with a valid phone number and/or email address on file with their state's immunization registry can access digital immunization records with the Docket® app.
Use of Docket® is entirely optional.

Tengan muy buenos dias, no se soy el unico con problemas con esta aplicacion pero de momento no abre y la verdad que preocupa, le daran solucion a este problema o la app esta fuera de servicio?
Es una excelente herramienta para acceder al registro de vacunacion. No es facil de usar. Los registros no estan actualizados.
Muy buena aplicación sencilla de usar y muy rápida para bajar. Muy recomendable.
Las dos primeras vacunas aparecen cuando se le da búsqueda, cuando me aplicaron la tercera ya no la muestra, no encuentra mas registros.
