The chat feature is unusable on my samsung galaxy s25+. The phone UI hides the chat input box which makes it not possible to click on.
not so user friendly. can't seem to even be able to contact my doctor and schedule an appointment with this tool. I am on paperless mode but can't get the rewards added for that item
