2. Every day when you've completed your habit, check in with a photo. Your commitment will inspire others to stick with their goals. You can also give 👏 to celebrate and encourage each other!
3. ‘The Habit Project’ gives you a way to track your habits and connect with others. Not only will you build new, healthier habits but you'll also have a photo log of your journey! This is a great way to look back over your year and celebrate the moments that make your life richer.
