Using metrics from the Ultrahuman Ring, such as Sleep, Activity, Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Skin Temperature, and SPO2, we generate actionable scores for sleep quality, physical activity, recovery, and cardiovascular health; empowering you to decode and effectively improve your health and lifestyle. Additionally, Ultrahuman integrates with continuous glucose monitors, helping you track your glucose control and overall metabolic health in real-time through a daily Metabolic Score. Ultrahuman syncs with Health Connect allowing users to choose their source of Health data in case users are not using both of Ultrahuman Ring and glucose monitors.
