Fiz reservas para férias em Minas Gerais em 1/2022. Porém houve chuvas terríveis, daquela vez com deslizamentos e estradas destruídas. Tentei cancelar reservas, pois não havia como chegar nas cidades - não haviam estradas! Uma das pousadas estornou as reservas, por iniciativa própria; até me avisou que tendo problemas com comida. Outras 2 não aceitaram. E o Booking se absteve de me ajudar. Desde então, não uso mais esse app. O tempo de correção e respeito pelo cliente dele passou naquele tempo.
Nunca mais uso esse App, péssimo demais!!!! Fiz uma reserva e só me trouxe problema, vi um comentário de uma moça, que passou pela mesma situação, antes de reservar estava escrito cancelamento grátis, fiz e reserva, e acabei não conseguindo ir, na hora de cancelar só problema, a minha sorte foi que tirei print de tudo!!! Porém mais de 1 mês para resolver o problema, nunca mais eu uso, ficou de lição!
Experiência terrível. UX muito ruim. Fui obrigado a pagar a reserva inteira para o anfitrião para só depois ter o contato dele e ele pedir para cancelar a reserva. Depois ele não conseguia isentar a taxa e abri um chat com a booking, que tentou rapidamente resolver o problema, não conseguiu e fechou o chat antes que eu pudesse explicar. Consegui fazer o que precisava só no PC, porque pelo app não teve jeito.
Eu até estava gostando do Booking, até precisar cancelar a reserva que eu havia feito e não conseguir cancelar, mesmo tentando, com mais de 24hs de antecedência. Eles fazem propaganda enganosa, ao afirmarem que o cancelamento é grátis, falam que podemos cancelar até 24hs antes do check-in, mas eles, mudam as regras. Liguei no Hotel e disseram que não podem fazer nada. Inclusive a Atendente achou estranho o Booking não querer efetuar o cancelamento, mesmo faltando mais de 24hs para o check-in.
