O aplicativo tem travado cada vez mais nos últimos meses, e nunca fazem as notas de versão indicando se há alguma mudança relevante (por preguiça, desleixo, ou desconsideração com os clientes). E nem pensem em escrever "Correções de bugs e melhorias no desempenho", é muito genérico. Recursos como dividir o custo da viagem com outra pessoa e poder fazer escalas são recursos desejados há bastante tempo pelos passageiros.
O App é muito bonito e fluído mas o serviço em si é muito pobre. Primeiro que o número de motoristas é muito inferior ao da concorrência. Segundo que os preços praticados pelo Cabify são muito altos, sendo geralmente o mais caro de todos os apps de corridas. Sem falar que o Cabify resolveu não fixar mais um preço nas corridas, deixando em aberto, algo como "entre 25 e 35 reais". Por fim, nota-se que quase não existem promoções (cupons). Pensando bem, não há qualquer motivo pra usar o cabify.
Sou cliente assídua e fiel. Sempre achei o aplicativo ótimo. Contudo, para modernizar o aplicativo a Cabify realizou atualizações que só piorou para o cliente. O aplicativo trava de forma recorrente, não dá opção de cancelamento da corrida, realiza cobranças indevidas, não consigo falar com o motorista... Uma dor de cabeça. Sinceramente está péssimo. Sem mencionar que a qualidade dos serviços não é mais a mesma, bem como não são mais fornecidos descontos que eram bem atrativos.
Só baixei para usar na Argentina porque ouvi dizer que era a opção regulamentada. Do nada, o app informa que a minha conta está bloqueada, mesmo tendo enviado todos os documentos necessários desde o primeiro dia. Tento de novo e funciona. Outro dia, mesma situação, mas se mudo para pagamento em dinheiro, volta a funcionar. Sequer deixam claro qual o motivo do bloqueio. Só dá para usar quando não se tem outra opção mesmo. Quase fico na mão a noite e em um lugar que não conheço.
