Estou enfrentando um problema na aba ‘Practice’. Depois de um tempo na conversação, o aplicativo para de gravar o áudio e não consigo continuar. Tenho interesse no plano Premium, mas, pelo que li nos comentários de outros usuários, esse parece ser um problema antigo, o que faz com que o plano pago não valha a pena. Já enviei um e-mail para o suporte e anexei um vídeo mostrando o ocorrido.
Eu estava gostando bastante do app, até que percebi alguns erros que me fizeram desistir. O "Mock test", que é o simulado final da prova, não tem feedback. Alguns áudios nem são gravados, mas o app dá uma solução como se tivesse algum áudio. Mesmo na versão paga, os exercícios te ajudam, mas quando você responde com uma solução que o próprio app te deu, ele diz que "precisa melhorar". Por esse motivo, solicito gentilmente a devolução da assinatura.
por enquanto é uma estrela, fiz o plano Pró, até aí tudo bem, porém, ao utilizar phone via bluetooth, apenas o primeiro áudio funciona, após a primeira frase, o app simplesmente para de transmitir o áudio pelo áudio do bluetooth. Aos desenvolvedores, arrumem isso para ganhar 5 estrelas pois é um erro gravíssimo de funcionalidade
Eu ouvi falar muito bem o app ,não consigo sair da tela de login e chega uma parte que fecha o app e tenho que começar do zero o registro ,não se se esse problema e só comigo mas tem que resolver.
