I had to wait a long time to get two important items to make christmas hampers and boxes now in 2023. Boxes after long expectation and mental torture was marked as undelieverable. Tried getting refund but system was sending round and round. Had to MSG customer service who promised a refund in almost one week. The APP did not allow me to post 1 star review, so I had to put 3 stars and report my experience. I think the other item will have the same problem..it already has the problem with devery.
