Сделал перевод на Astropay с букмекерской конторы Pinnacle. Автоматически появилась карта на мою сумму перевода, но снять на банковскую карту не могу. Предлагает 2 варианта: перевести другу и кнопка вывод средств,но при нажатие её пишет-что карта не поддерживает снятие денег. Бьюсь над этой проблемой уже 2 месяца.
Мой отзыв удалили. Тех поддержка не отвечает, совсем. Написал несколько писем, ответа нет. Приложение не позволяет выводить деньги из карты. Ничего не понятно, пишу в тех поддержку и конечно же, никто не отвечает
неожиданно появилась комиссия за транзакции. транзакции не проходят, обычная покупка в интернет-магазине, а комиссию берут с меня. Уровень сервиса за последние полгода очень сильно упал. Курс доллара отличается от доллар-блю в Аргентине на 7-8% (выше). А теперь ещё комиссия... Поддержка ничего не хочет решать. Удалил приложение.
Самое отвратительное приложение,верификацию пройти не возможно-служба поддержки отклоняет документ из банка по надуманым причинам,требуют выписку за 90 дней,хотя я им объясняла,что я в банке около 2 месяцев(соответственно и выписка не может быть старше),плюс ко всему придумали в документе оборот должен быть больше 15000 $.Поддержка по email отвечает около раз в неделю и в живом чате некомпетентные люди,которые не в чём не помогают!не скачивайте-скамеры!!!!!
