HOW THIS WORKOUT GAME WORKS
1. Choose your adventure - type any prompt ("a spy escaping a facility," "a knight defending the realm") or let the AI surprise you.
2. Read your story - the AI writes a thrilling segment ending on a cliffhanger.
3. Do simple exercises - the story assigns a move (Tactical Crouch = squats). No equipment needed.
4. Shape the narrative - finish your reps and your hero succeeds; fail, and the story bends to a harder path.
