Будьте осторожны с этими жуликами: они обязательно попытаются обмануть вас со своей «бесплатной» пробной подпиской. Люди забредают на эту библиотеку в поисках одной книги, а потом много уговоров остаться, мелкие шрифты, незаметные кнопки. Кроме ого у меня снялись деньги 19ого числа, хотя должны были 20ого, разница времени.
Я нажал кнопку "отменить подписку" дважды и не заметил, что после этого меня еще раз мелким шрифтом спросили, действительно ли нужно ее отменять (ведь после двух раз было непонятно). В результате через месяц списались 10$, хотя подпиской я перестал пользоваться практически сразу. В книге, ради которой я решил попробовать подписку, половина символов не читалась из-за кодировки.
Сайтом не пользовалась, но потеряла 21$ из-за ужасной процедуры аннулирования подписки. Читайте внимательно, ищите все даже самые маленькие кнопочки по аннулированию, которые прячут на куче страниц с рекламой, в надежде заманить Вас обратно на сайт. О списывании денег за подписку не предупреждают, как это обычно бывает на нормальных сайтах, особенно к которым привязан аккаунт google.
Невозможно отменить подписку. Просто нет такой кнопки. Пытался писать в саппорт. Сначала сообщение не отправлялось выдавал ошибку. Теперь даже написать не могу, просто не открывается. В маркете и в гугл настройках лаже не отображает подписку Я не могу написать в поддержку. Сообщение просто не отправляеься. Отписалась через браузерную версию, вск равно пытается списывать деньги
