The new update made the app terrible. It either takes forever to open or does not open at all. Even when it opens, ticket sometimes does not show up, and the interface is confusing and much harder to use than before. The worst part is that the ride and coaster wait times are completely inaccurate. We waited about 1.5 hours for a ride that was listed as 15 minutes, so the times are not reliable at all and make it impossible to plan your day. The old app was much better.
