Very confusing ticket purchase process for tourists I had a very frustrating experience using this app in Krakow. When I was returning the airport on bus line 300, the app required me to enter the vehicle side number, but as a first-time visitor, I had no idea which number exactly should be entered. While I was trying to complete the purchase, the app showed a ticket control, and I was fined before I could complete the transaction. The app’s purchase process is TRASH, designed by IDIOTS
