为什么我订的每一趟顺风车都没人接单，这个app还有活人么？？？
太失望了。第一次的体验就十分差。跟司机发生冲突，客服只会偏袒司机，根本不理会乘客的诉求。发了邮件给客服，除了第一天说他们会处理的邮件，两周过去一点消息都没有。昨天发了邮件询问目前的进展，回复因为要保护隐私不能给我更多的消息。所以这件事就不了了之了？？乘客的诉求没有得到伸张，没有素质的司机还在app上揽客。失望，太失望了。客服毫无作为。
第一次当顺风车司机，体验很棒。乘客挺友好的。发布行程也挺方便的。不过建议添加长期同一行程的选择，这样对经常往返的司机发布行程更加方便
蛮好用的，遇见的司机和同乘的乘客人都蛮好的，而且德国的高速不限速，车速可以很快很快，我原来Flixbus至少四个半小时的路程，坐拼车2小时40分钟就到了…从此爱上这个软件了
