每次出现便宜的单又去到很远 希望公司可以调高价钱我们司机也比较有心做还有grab 里面的课程洗我可以出一个华语版本的不是每个人都会马来文和英文还有grabmap 经常出问题 明明直接往前走的路 特地叫你进路口再出来同一条路 不然就是map卡住还有就是带我们绕远路！
顾客可以随便乱给一星，然后司机就掉星。就算有录音，系统也不会听一下先。一整天都没发生和顾客吵架，然后也莫名掉星。最重要的是现在射tubro线要出门，等一个半小时线都没了也没中单，其实线路一天才用两次。应该要和之前一样没有限定时间，限定时间1小时半就完了。又不是包中单，限定时间。有时在吉隆坡晚上射线回，等一个半小时都没有中吧生单。搞到司机最后空车回，连续几天都是这样。我就问射线回家地址为什么要限定时间，你限定是为了让司机回不到家吗
以下的问题需要尽快改善 1. 抽用太离谱了，20％-30％很离谱，10％以下合理 2.出单的时候没有显示价格，对司机不公平 3. 锁单的时间太长，不合理！ 4. 顾客时常听不到回电声音，还有最好增加留言声音
最近价格很够烂，又抽上22%巴仙，一直给我4/5块的单。最少2.5/3KM载顾客！ 还有就是很不公平星星✨，10个人给我5星跟本没补回，只要一个顾客投诉就下星星，什么鬼来的！做到都心累了，好啦我说完了，我不打算做下去了，我会离开。真的累😩了。
