The Neurozone app determines your capacity for high performance and your resilience through a scientifically validated assessment. Based on your results, the app provides you with a report consisting of customized recommendations and insights, as well as in-app activities to guide you toward an optimal state.

The assessment is designed to be repeated every month so you can receive an updated report, and in-app activities based on your most recent results.
