Good
I have bought a bicycle season card. But suddenly my account has been blocked it appears. And it requires to contact with the service for help. But long time can't be contact. How troublesome it is! It just wants to take my money. OK, I'll see the money I lost as I made benifits to citybee. I won't use it anymore!
Okay, just get the start
Really bad, i register with my driving license, system said they will check, and feedback 'soon'. but soon is meaning after hours, I still get nothing. Disappointed
