If you already have a raw DNA data file from services like 23andMe, AncestryDNA, FTDNA or MyHeritage, you can safely use it. Genomapp provides a personalized genetic exploration of your Ancestry.com or 23andMe results. Our tool quickly identifies thousands of genetic markers (SNPs) and shows health associations found in scientific evidence.

• Complex Diseases: Literature on markers associated with multifactorial conditions (genetic and environmental factors).
• Inherited Conditions: Scientific records on markers related to diseases that are caused by mutations in a single gene.
• Pharmacological Compounds: Drug-marker associations found in peer-reviewed scientific studies.
• Genetic Traits: Characteristics or attributes expressed by your genes.
• Observable Signs: Understand markers related to physical signs.
• Blood Groups: Literature-relevant markers for transfusions or pregnancy.

*** Our database

Search our database of more than 9,500 conditions, 12,400 genes, and 180,000 genetic markers. Our tool facilitates access to research on a comprehensive list of conditions from scientific sources, including breast cancer, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's. It also indexes literature for tumor suppressor genes such as BRCA, PTEN, and P53.

Genomapp displays your DNA markers in a friendly way. Export your personalized genetic reports to PDF for your personal research and records to take them anywhere.

*** Supported DNA Providers

We are constantly adding support for new providers. Currently, you can use files from 23andMe, Ancestry.com, Family Tree DNA (FTDNA), MyHeritage, Genes for Good, LivingDNA, Genographics (Geno 2.0), Tellmegen and other DTC genetic testing companies. Genomapp also supports VCF format files and specific schemes. (Note: VCF files from WES/WGS are currently not compatible).
