I loved this app. For a long time. But it has now been months of not being able to access my business bank account. Everytime I try to log in, it asks for the login info again. Over and over. There's also no way to login on the website, it just takes you straight to the app, where it won't let me log in. I was hoping the new update would've fixed it. It did not.
I really love this bank except for one real thing. It doesn't use Zelle, so you either have to transfer money and wait 1-3 days or pay instant transfers with venmo/cash app and no Credit Cards for business at this time. Otherwise it's great for small business. I just use the free version and have balance sheets and expenditures. Turbo tax loved it when I gave her that.
I just finished removing all account funds. I am closing my account. I had endless issues with trying to make deposits, and transfers. There were fees for everything! For being advertised as a no fee business account, there are a lot of charges connected to having it!. The headache of trying to do basic tasks, when it is supposed to simplify..not worth it!
since update the app doesnt work now... Thought it was gonna be better. I switched from Novo because I liked that they over tax prep, but this bank is the absolute most difficult bank to get money into!! You have to run through so many hoops and if you link a debit card, they limit you to $200 a week! I have a really important purchase to make for my business & will have to pay for it out of my personal account because I can't get money into my found account. This account has become worthless
